Returns

Start a return within 30 days of delivery to receive an RA number. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

Not returnable:

  • Opened/used cushions, pillows, filters, or other hygienic items
  • Prescription devices once used
  • Final-sale/clearance items

Important

Do not ship returns to local branches; unauthorized returns will be refused. We’ll provide the correct return address with your RA. Use a trackable carrier.
