Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CT are processed and ship within 1–2 business days after prescription verification.

Prescription Items:

CPAP machines and certain masks require prescription verification before shipping. This may add 1–2 business days to processing time.

For prescription-required items, you can submit your prescription in two ways:

Upload your prescription directly during the checkout process.

Email your prescription to support@borderdme.com and include your order number in the subject line.

Standard Shipping

Most Texas deliveries arrive within approximately 2 business days after shipment.
Other states typically receive orders within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Expedited Options

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Contact us if you need rush processing for urgent orders.

Tracking Information

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your shipping label is created. Track your package in real-time from pickup to delivery.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@borderdme.com or (956) 267-8405.

Important: Carrier reroute fees or return shipping fees may be passed through to the customer for address changes after shipment.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs once the package is received back at our facility.

PO Boxes & Signature Requirements

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Small Items & Accessories

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are acceptable for small items like masks, filters, tubing, and accessories.

CPAP Machines

CPAP machines and larger equipment require a physical street address for delivery. PO Boxes cannot be used for these items.

Signature Requirements

Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders to ensure secure receipt of your equipment. The carrier will make multiple delivery attempts if you're not available.

US Only: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
